Mission Statement:

PRINCIPLES AND OBJECTIVES

To secure closer official and personal relationships among members of law enforcement agencies in Southeastern Pennsylvania, Southern New Jersey and the State of Delaware;

to secure unity of action in police matters;

to evaluate and elevate police standards and practices;

and to secure the advancement of police professionalization by promoting the use of humane efforts in enforcement of laws, and the use of advanced methods for the prevention and detection of crime.

To encourage advanced professional conduct, expertise, and knowledge through scholarships, seminars, and other appropriate means.

To enhance the quality of life in our communities by the support of various charitable endeavors.
